Consult for the future of AI
Your strategic thinking helps AI reason through complex problems. Join a flexible, paid, remote consulting project now!

Most AI models fall short where it matters most: structured thinking, multi-step logic, and navigating ambiguity. Through Mindrift, senior consultants design business scenarios that test AI reasoning and verify that conclusions follow logically from evidence — teaching AI to think the way a trained professional would.
Consulting projects on Mindrift pay up to $100 per hour, with rates visible before you start any task. Rates for MBB consultants may be higher. Projects are fully remote and flexible – most contributors participate between 5 and 20 hours per week alongside other commitments.

Frequently asked questions about AI consulting projects
What consulting experience do you need?
Projects are designed for senior professionals with structured problem-solving experience – typically from management consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte S&O, or comparable) or senior operations and supply chain roles.
What kind of tasks are involved?
You design business scenarios that test AI reasoning, evaluate model outputs for logical soundness and analytical rigor, and sometimes create reference-quality analyses that models learn from. Tasks may cover market analysis, operational decision-making, financial modeling, supply chain strategy, or structured problem decomposition. You are not building AI models – you are applying your business judgment to improve how AI handles complex analytical work.
How much time does it require?
There are no minimum time commitments. Most contributors participate 5–20 hours per week at their own pace. All tasks are asynchronous – no meetings, no standups, no fixed schedule.
How much can consultants earn?
Consulting projects on Mindrift currently pay up to $100 per hour for Senior Consultants, $60 per hour for Supply Chain Consultants, and higher rates for MBB Consultants. Rates are set per task and visible before you begin. Payments are processed twice a month.
Can I do this alongside my current role?
Yes – most consulting contributors on Mindrift hold full-time positions at firms, corporations, or as independent consultants. This is a project-based freelance opportunity, not an employment relationship. There are no non-compete restrictions from Mindrift's side, though you should check your own firm's policies regarding outside work.
Do I need AI or technical experience?
No. Consulting and analytical expertise is the qualification. You evaluate AI-generated business analysis as an experienced strategy professional, not as a data scientist or AI engineer. If you can identify a flawed framework application or spot a missing assumption in a market entry analysis, you have the skills these projects require.
Is Mindrift legitimate?
Yes. Mindrift is owned and operated by Toloka AI, a global leader in AI data since 2014, headquartered in Amsterdam. Over 20,000 experts from around the world have contributed to Mindrift projects for major technology companies. Payments are processed reliably twice a month.
