Which design tools do I need?

Some tasks may only require visual assessment, while others involve producing reference materials using the tools you prefer and have access to.
Do I need AI or coding experience?
No. Design expertise is the qualification. You are evaluating AI-generated visuals as an experienced designer, not building or training AI models. If you can identify a poorly balanced layout, explain why a color palette doesn't work, or spot inconsistent typography in a brand system, you have the skills these projects require.
Can I work across multiple design disciplines?
Yes. If your skills span brand, web, graphic, and presentation design, you can contribute to tasks across disciplines as they become available. Your assessment may cover the specialization you indicate at application, but there are no restrictions on participating in multiple project types.
