Do you get my whole chat history?
No. You share only the one conversation you choose.
Who uses my chat?
We share it with our client, who will use it to train and test models that understand video. We remove the audio from every video first. Learn more in our Privacy Notice.
What about the sound in my video?
We remove it, so there's nothing to do. Just skip clips where someone is talking.
What if my chat isn't accepted?
It means something didn't match the requirements. Check the project instructions and try again.
How do I get paid?
Through Payoneer or Tipalti (PayPal). Payouts go out every two weeks.
