Discord channel

One of the foundations of our support system is our dedicated Discord community. This is a space to discuss projects, connect with fellow freelancers, and resolve issues swiftly. Whether troubleshooting technical problems, sharing insights, or seeking guidance from peer members, our Discord community helps prevent isolation and encourages collaboration. 

Each project channel is moderated by a dedicated quality assurance specialist, who also communicates through these groups to provide guidance, monitor discussions, and ensure that all your project-related questions are addressed.

Support and guidance

In addition to our active Discord community, we offer a comprehensive Help Center that serves as a knowledge base, containing guidelines, onboarding materials, and project-related resources. Conveniently integrated into the platform, it’s just one click away for logged-in users.

There’s also a chat feature on the Mindrift platform that can assist in fetching specific help topics or connecting you directly with the support team to report an issue or seek further assistance.

Engagement is based solely on your skills and ability to perform tasks and we believe that diversity enriches our work and drives innovation. To that end, we’re committed to making sure the safety and wellbeing of AI Tutors is paramount. We actively encourage AI Tutors to inform the support team or team leads of any incorrect communication, spam, or improper messages. This proactive approach helps maintain a safe and respectful community for everyone.

Maintaining community integrity

Mindrift takes fraud very seriously and takes a range of measures to maintain the integrity of the AI Tutor community. Users who generate random dialogues, provide unhelpful responses, or aren’t genuinely qualified will be blocked. We also take swift action against users who spam, promote other products on Discord, or post unethical comments.
